This Services Policy ("Policy") governs the use of all products, content, and features ("Services") provided by DentEdge ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the Platform, You ("User", "Subscriber", "Customer") acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
DentEdge is an online subscription-based platform offering preparation tools for medical entrance and specialty exams in Pakistan.
Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- MCQ practice database
- Mock examinations
- Personalized study plans
- Performance analytics and progress tracking
- Educational insights, explanations, and exam-oriented content
- User dashboards and statistical reports
All Services are provided digitally through our website.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Each User is expected to:
- Submit correct and current registration details
- Keep login credentials private and secure
- Use DentEdge only for personal study and exam preparation
- Follow all platform policies, terms, and applicable laws
- Avoid copying, scraping, redistributing, or reverse-engineering any platform material
Failure to meet these obligations may lead to access restrictions or account closure without refund.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following actions are not allowed on DentEdge:
- Sharing, lending, or selling account access
- Bulk downloading, extracting, or reproducing content
- Redistributing MCQs, notes, analytics, or study material
- Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or similar automated tools
- Attempting to bypass security, tamper with the platform, or gain unauthorized access
- Uploading harmful code, malware, or abusive content
- Using false identity or misleading payment information
Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent removal, and legal action where applicable.
4. ACCESS TO SERVICES
Once payment is confirmed, access is provided subject to the following conditions:
- The subscription remains active for the duration of the plan selected by the User
- Access is personal only and cannot be transferred or shared
- Each subscription is linked to a single user profile
- Credential sharing may lead to immediate suspension or removal of access
DentEdge may limit, suspend, or withdraw access where this Policy or related terms are breached.
5. SERVICE EXPIRY AND DATA RETENTION
A subscription ends automatically when the selected plan period is completed.
After expiry:
- Access to premium features and paid content stops
- Renewal requires a fresh subscription purchase
- Fees already paid remain non-refundable and non-transferable
- User data, progress records, analytics, and stored activity may be archived or deleted after one month
6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep DentEdge accessible and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised.
- Temporary interruptions may happen during maintenance, upgrades, or technical repair work
- Performance may also be affected by internet failures, device problems, or external cyber incidents
- DentEdge does not guarantee continuous uptime at all times
- Short-term outages or interruptions do not create a right to refund, compensation, or extension
7. SERVICE CHANGES
DentEdge may revise the platform whenever needed, including the right to:
- Update, pause, or remove any feature or service area
- Adjust content format, structure, methodology, or difficulty
- Add new tools, remove modules, or redesign existing features
- Change plans, pricing, or access structure
These updates may take effect without prior notice. Continued use of the platform means You accept those changes.
8. CONTENT STANDARDS AND ACCURACY
DentEdge is designed to provide useful exam-preparation material, but certain limits apply.
- MCQs, explanations, analytics, and study plans are learning aids, not promises of exam success
- Content may be revised, expanded, corrected, or removed at any time
- DentEdge does not guarantee that recalled questions or predictive material will be exact, complete, or officially verified
- Final exam performance always depends on the User’s own effort and other external factors
9. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
By using DentEdge, Users accept that:
- The platform is a supplementary study resource and not official examination content
- All services are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
- Best performance is expected on updated browsers and compatible devices
- Weak internet, outdated devices, or poor local performance may affect usability
- These limitations do not create a right to refund or additional access time
10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
DentEdge may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice if, for example:
- A policy or terms violation is identified
- Fraud, misuse, or suspicious payment activity is detected
- An account is shared or accessed in an unauthorized manner
- Support staff are abused, threatened, or harassed
- Illegal, harmful, or disruptive conduct takes place
Accounts closed for policy breaches are not entitled to refunds.
11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, DentEdge will not be responsible for losses or issues arising from:
- Platform bugs, errors, or temporary outages
- Loss of stored data or interrupted access
- Exam performance or exam-related outcomes
- Failures caused by third-party login or payment providers
- Device incompatibility, weak connectivity, or local system issues
- Loss of revenue, academic opportunity, or indirect damage
Users access and use the Services at their own risk.
